I'm surprised that the next lucky sister has not received the scarf yet. I believe she should have had it by now. Although...sometimes the Canadian postal system is not that great (believe me...I could tell you many stories about how terrible they are!).
I don't want to give away the surprise, but let me just say that if the scarf hasn't already arrived, it should arrive this week! So I hope ALL the sisters read this...if you get the scarf, make sure you post on here to let us know it arrived safely!!!
