Here it is Wednesday and I have only two more days left with my parents while they visit. I have been jamming and packing in as much as possible ... including plenty of rest and relaxation. Just yesterday, Pop and I went fishing. No, we didn't catch anything ... it was a short lesson down at the lake. Fishing 101 you might say. I can now bait the hook and cast the line. I've got the sitting in the chair relaxing part down pat!
Since the Scarf Sister's are taking a break for a bit, I thought I'd let you in on a few secrets. We have two new sisters to introduce. Now before you go and pester them too much, I haven't had time to send them the official sign up invite to post on this blog. We will also be opening the group up to a few new sisters if there are any newbies interested in joining ... or if you (sad sigh) decide not to participate for the second go around.
I had a pretty package delivered to one of the new sisters. A sort of 'trade' for the desired object of affection to begin our new season later this fall. She is sworn to secrecy so don't try and get her to spill the beans. Let's just say one of her craft skills is involved ... and she' pretty good at everything she makes. Formal intros will follow. Go ahead and visit their blogs ... or just lurk if you're shy. I'll be back to posting soon. Still waiting for that old scarf to return ;)

What an absolutely lovely idea. I'm in!! If you'll have me of course. This is truly what sisterhood is all about.
