Comfort to the Max!

What was it I said about comfort food?

Here's tonight's dinner:

Smoked Kielbasa
Pierogies
Broccoli
Cheddar Cheese

...all cooked together for yummy deliciousness! (Low-fat! yeah, right. If it were low-fat it wouldn't be COMFORT food!)

And here are the photos which Olivia took of me wearing the apron....

...not the most flattering, eh? Next time I'll put on some makeup and fix my hair!!I'll try to get another photo some time this week!

That's my kind of comfort food! I fix that meal myself. No measuring, just pure enjoyment!

I was just to write a comment along Pat's route. I like this laid back American way of cooking.
Healthy food and comfort food in a blessed mix.
Just up my alley.
I also like the pictures.
If I ever have to go to a hairdresser to take my apron picture, well, that will not be the day!

I doubt I'll be looking like June Cleaver when I am wearing the apron (when I get it). You look mah-velous darling! That's a pretty yummy dinner you made there! I had my Hub request my mint frosted brownies just yesterday, major comfort food! saying a prayer for the surgery and for your own health as you become a jane of all trades!
Love, Conie

Comfort to the max is right! It looks (and even smells ;) great all the way to IDEEEHO! Olivia is a good anonymous picture taker, eh .. chopping off heads and all .. good for her! You don't need makeup!! You and the food are both good looking 'dishes' ... Thanks for sharing. Hoping Brillo man's surgery is successful. Will be in prayer. Hugs,
